1. Who we are
Savings Committee Tracker is provided by Soft Learn Hub. Contact: contact@softlearnhub.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect your Google account identifier, name, email address, profile photo, device and notification tokens, app preferences, consent choices, committee membership, contribution and payout records, invitations, and security or diagnostic events. We do not collect or process committee payments; all money transfers happen outside the app.
3. How we use data
We use data to authenticate you, operate and synchronize committees, display shared records, send requested notifications, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve app reliability. Analytics and advertising features follow your consent and device settings.
4. Sharing and service providers
Committee information is shared with members of the relevant committee. We use Google Firebase services for authentication, cloud storage, functions, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and app integrity, and Google Mobile Ads where enabled. These providers process data under their own terms. We do not sell personal data.
5. Advertising and consent
The app may show Google-served ads. Where required, you can review or change advertising consent from Settings. Ad providers may process device identifiers and approximate location according to consent, device settings, and law.
6. Security
We use authentication, access rules, app integrity checks, encrypted network connections, and restricted server operations. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention and deletion
Account and private app data are retained while your account is active. After you request deletion, the request is scheduled for 72 hours. Signing in with the same Google account before the deadline cancels deletion and retains the account and data. After the deadline, private profile, device, invitation, and owned committee data are removed. Shared financial history may be retained in anonymized form where needed for other members’ records, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations. Backup copies may remain temporarily until routine rotation completes.
8. Your choices
You can control analytics, notifications, advertising privacy choices, language, and account deletion in Settings. You may request access, correction, or help by emailing contact@softlearnhub.com.
9. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app or law changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Questions: contact@softlearnhub.com.
